This unique assembly uses Robert's personal experiences racing sled dogs for over 20 years to teach children how to run their own Sled Dog Race of Life! Students are given a bag of Gold Nugget life principles that will help them follow their dreams as they run a successful Race. A wonderful way teach the value of learning, the importance of developing good habits and character that will help them be winners in the Race of Life. Uses mushing dogs to teach life character principles, along with math, science, literature, and history.
Students learn about the rough life of the pioneers, participating on stage as they get hands-on practice fetching water, gathering eggs, washing clothes, harvesting crops,...and more!
